Fakemon - Skarmory Family

This [Skarakeet] is possibly the first Fakemon I've ever conceived to evolve from or into an existing Pokemon.

So, following my peculiar trend of giving lonely Johto Pokes some family, here's the Skarmory line.

Skarakeet
(Derived from "Skarmory" and "parakeet")
Classification: Armor Bird Pokemon
Type: Steel/Flying
Ability: Keen Eye - Accuracy cannot be lowered by the opponent.

- Breed Skarmory while Skarmory is holding a Razor Incense.
PokeDex Entry: A little bird which is often found in the deepest parts of a Skarmory nest. Their signature "parrot" shrieks are actually disturbing metal sounds akin to the sound generated from fingernails on a chalkboard.
*It should be noted that baby Skarakeets have a 10% chance of holding a Noble Steel upon birth. This is necessary to receive a Skareegle.

EVOLVES FROM SKARMORY AT LEVEL 40 OR HIGHER WHILE HOLDING THE NOBLE STEEL
Classification: Noble Bird Pokemon
Type: Steel/Flying
Ability: Nobility - If the foe is of higher level, this Pokemon's Attack and Special Attack decrease, but its Defense and Special Defense increases. If the foe is of a lower level, this Pokemon's Defense and Special Defense decrease, but its Attack and Special Attack increase.

PokeDex Entry: It leaves its nest to live on its own. It respects those stronger than itself, but shows no mercy on those weaker than itself. It is a large bird known to fly over mountains and cities at nearly ridiculous speeds, leaving the sound of a jet plane behind it.

I... have a tendency to make many tanks. xP Then again, so far I've only touched on the starters, (pr)evos of existing Pokemon, the obligatory Dragon-type, the obligatory Steel/Psychic-type, and one of the bug lines... so... yeah.
